Jaclyn Ines is our Escrow Officer at the Paseo Verde Branch in Green Valley. She moved from the Los Angeles area to Las Vegas in 2006. With several years of Escrow experience, she makes it a personal goal to provide the best communication to all parties throughout the process, so they are not left with any questions. Her hobbies are reading and watching sports.
Selena Fenton
Selena Fenton is an Escrow Officer at our Southwest location. She moved to Las Vegas from Spokane, Washington in June of 2024. With over 20 years of experience, she enjoys helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She also has a passion to educate buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals on the real estate closing process. In her spare time, Selena likes to explore the outdoors and spend time with her family.

Billei McCarthy is the Escrow Assistant at the Summerlin office. She moved to Las Vegas from Idaho a few years ago and holds a master’s in business administration. Her degree and experience have shaped her strong organizational skills and focus on excellent client service. When she’s not working, Billei enjoys travelling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Chelsea Kyriakides was born and raised in Las Vegas. She started her Real Estate Career nearly 10 years ago behind the scenes as a Marketing Coordinator and Office Administration before moving on towards Escrow. She has been with Nevada State Title for 7 years and truly loves being able to help Realtors and their clients with the home buying process.
